This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I was away, and didn't see any of this.... but you all agreed to have your work shown here, and you all tried to be on the top-50. You all wanted the "fame"
As pointed out, DA provides *NO* tools, so the time/costs to run something like that to stroke YOUR EGOS (especially you Lovittgirl, issues with so many posts and your own defacing of your images) was supposed to come out of *HIS* pockets?
Wow.... What arrogance.
The idea was cool, and in it's early stages easy and cheap. But as it took off, costs rose, time to maintain it rose, and well.... obviously none of you felt it was worth it.
I really hate this about DA, and I hate it so much that "hate" isn't even a strong enough word.
I find this whole "community" (pardon those caught in the cross fire) to be psychotic and paranoid, and sycophantic to the max.
You want "appreciation" of your art, but alter it, deface it, try to "lock" it up with watermarks, huge logos, tiny image sizes, or attitudes such as this. To be noticed, you have to be seen. To be seen, you have to be exposed. That costs money -- even DA spends money to do that, and if you don't think DA is making money off you <G> you really are off in lalaland. They aren't doing this for the love of you, or your art. $$$$$$$$$$
If DA really wanted "clubs" they would have added tools to do it, so the club owners wouldn't have to spend so much time trying to add images and "comply" with rules. The software could do it simply, and easily.
What is the saddest, is that artists I liked have closed their galleries and left. Others have defaced their images to the point where I can't even view them. It makes me angry (Oh, let's not go into why, again.)
The only thing "deviant" about DA is the prevailing attitudes, the censorship, and the LOST art. The 'deviance' is thinking it's about art.
Fortunately the Internet allows others to set up sites more for artists and art, less for censorship, and DA is providing the fuel and incentives for them to do so.
I did not join the NudeInsider nor contribute until I was asked to do so by Anthony via PMs. Furthermore, I never entered any images in the Top 50 as I was not interested in popularity contests, the only reason an outside website with tracker capabilities was needed.
And finally, I made so many posts because the questions were not being answered. And they still have not been completely answered.
I'm not on DA for money or fame, and certainly not to be associated with advertising. I'm here to share art and ideas. And when Anthony chose to use advertising to pay for the external website, I think he should have asked the contributing members for their opinion.

My first submissions to The Nude Insider Gallery... a sample of five images from 2006.
May I consider these as December submissions?

mmmm, These submissions are directly from you and NOT asked for by me in a PM as quoted above. Furthermore, it's very clearly written in my submission reply: That all submissions are automatically entered into the TOP 50. It's not my fault you didn't read it.
Again, I'll say that all the monies that could have been earned would have been invested back into the community, in the forms of special contests and other ideas I have. I wasn't trying to get rich from thenudeinsider, I'm doing alright without it.
